For the last 10 years I have been travelling to London, central Europe and America for fan events. There has never been a big fan community in Ireland and we have had to travl to other countries for everything. Ive always wanted my home town to experience just a little Michael Magic and this weekend it fianlly happened.
The day started early in the morning when I had arranged to meet up with some fan friends I hadnt seen in a long time. I dont get home to to Dublin often and it was soo nice ...

MICHAEL JACKSON's attorneys are desperately trying to keep the King of Pop out of a London court in a new dispute over an alleged business deal gone bad.
Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa of Bahrain claims he's owed a $7 million (GBP4.6 million) advance on an album and autobiography deal that Jackson never produced.
And, as the case got underway in London on Monday (17Nov08), the pop star's legal team is fighting to keep their client from having to face another court saga, four years after his child molestation trial in California.
Lawyers for the singer, who insist the money was given to Jackson was a gift, are seeking permission for their client to testify by a videolink from the United States.
Al Khalifa's attorney Bankim Thanki told the court that his client had hoped to help Jackson rebuild his career, and spent millions moving the pop superstar, his children and entourage to Bahrain.
Thanki explained, "The cost even included the expenses of bringing out Mr. Jackson's hairdresser."
He revealed Jackson stayed in Bahrain as a guest of his client for almost a year after the end of his child molestation trial.
The new trial continues.

MICHAEL JACKSON will travel to London to testify in a lawsuit brought against him by an Arab sheikh after medics gave him the all-clear to attend.
The Thriller hitmaker is being sued by Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Khalifa, the second son of the king of Bahrain, for allegedly reneging on a deal to record a new album and write an autobiography.
Jackson's lawyer Robert Englehart had initially argued in London's High Court on Tuesday (18Nov08) that the singer was suffering from an illness and should be allowed to provide evidence via a video link.
But Englehart revealed on Thursday (20Nov08) that Jackson will now fly over from the U.S. after being given the all-clear by doctors.
He is expected in court on Monday.
Englehart says, "He has been cleared by his medical advisers to travel in two days' time."

An Arab sheikh who is suing MICHAEL JACKSON wanted to resurrect the King of Pop's career by writing songs for him.
Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa claims he's owed a $7 million (GBP4.6 million) advance on an album and autobiography deal that Jackson never honoured.
He alleges he paid for a recording studio for the Thriller star and sent his own compositions for Jackson to record.
Al Khalifa, the son of the King of Bahrain, also claims he spent $2.2 million (GBP1.5 million) for Jackson to produce a song in aid of the victims of 2005's Hurricane Katrina - but he failed to turn up for the final recording session.
A version of one of the sheikh's songs he wrote for Jackson is expected to be played in court.
The pair became friends when Jackson stayed in Bahrain for six months after he was cleared of child abuse charges in 2005.
Al Khalifa claims he had a deal with the singer to produce an album, autobiography, and a stage play. He also alleges he gave Jackson financial support, paying his living and travel expenses during the visit.
But the Billie Jean hitmaker denies the claims, insisting the agreement was not valid and that Al Khalifa's case is based on "mistake, misrepresentation and undue influence".
The London trial continues.
OMG how AMAZING!
