My name is Warita. My nicknames are Rita and ReeRee. I'm from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I love music, fashion, the hard and social sciences, literature, and handcrafts. I just love to laugh and have a good time. In fact, one of my best jokes was inspired by Michael Jackson's scarecrow from The Wiz. Indeed, I had a pair of tall stillettos that I wore with my black gouchos. I put on the shoes and then I looked at my mother and said," Now, if I can walk in these without looking like the scarecrow from The Wiz, I'll be doing good." Two weeks later, I felt in the mood to see The Wiz. When I saw the scene in which he began singing "Ease on Down the Road," I fell out laughing.


To be honest, I have pretty much been a Michael Jackson fan since I was days old. When I was a baby, my mother would sing "Lovely One" to me when it'd come on the radio every night. The first music video I'd ever seen was Beat It. As a little girl, I was such a fan until my mom and dad bought me a Michael Jackson doll and a Michael Jackson tape recorder for Christmas when I was four years old. They weren't even on my Christmas list, because I didn't know about them. My mom and dad saw them in the store when they were shopping for me and they knew what to do,lol. I still have that doll. The first adult level book I ever attempted to read was Moonwalk. Though, I didn't get very far with it back then. I just found him so profundly entertaining when I was a little girl. I'll also admit, I thought he was cute, but I knew he was an adult, so I didn't dwell on it in the form of a crush or anything,lol. Well, I had crushes on him in regards to his Jacksons and Jackson 5 stuff when I was a girl and a teenager. Yeah, I used to wish we were the same age,lol.

Fast forwarding, because I can go on and on about being a Michael Jackson fan when I was a little girl. So, I when I got older, a pre-teen and a teenager, I became even more of a Michael Jackson fan. The reason is because I realized that Michael Jackson is a decent human being. Nobody is perfect, but he does try to set a positive example. The traits that he posseses are things that money can't buy and you can't fake. Michael Jackson is:

- Respectful
- Mature
- A Hardworker
- A good provider for and protector of his children
- A Humanitarian and Philanthropist
- A cultural unifier
- Talented(A Beautiful Singer and Magnificent Dancer)
- A businessman
- A man who is not afraid to show his sensitive side
and vulnerabilities.

By all correct definitions, Michael Jackson is a REAL Man. Michael Jackson has never referred to a woman as a b!tch or anything of that nature in his music. Matter of fact, if some guys would pay more attention to Michael Jackson's love songs and less attention to certain types of disrespectful songs that are disrespectful to all women, especially poor women, they would acutally be able to get a good woman! You NEVER hear ANYTHING about him violently putting his hands on a woman NOR does he sing about it. Again, he provides for and protects his children - he's a good father! Michael Jackson is an ALL TRUE M-A-N. I have nothing but respect and admiration for him and those things for which he stands.
